Status of my order

You will receive an e-mail with the order details directly after your order. Your order will be shipped to you within 1-2 working days. Then, once your order has been handed over to the shipping service, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Change of address

Subsequent changes of address are unfortunately not possible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make subsequent changes to your order. If you place an order the same time, it will not be delivered in one delivery.

Delivery incomplete or broken
